Prime beach season has arrived! Centrally located Southern California homes in Los Angeles and Orange County are near some of the top beaches found anywhere in the United States or the world. Crystal Cove State Beach lies down a trail and below the cliffs. Hermosa Beach offers swimming, Powerball, volleyball, and surfing along its 1 ½ mile Strand. Charming Newport Beach features a wonderful wide stretch of rolling sand speckled with sunbathers.
